Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make amendments or cancellations as our team are working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. If you need to return any items please wait until you receive the shipment and then follow our Returns procedure.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
Currently, we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Anything out of mainland UK may taker a day or two more to process.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! Shipping is free if your order is over £200. Otherwise there is a charge of £5.95.Â

WHICH COURIER COMPANIES DO YOU USE?
Your delivery experience is important to us, which is why we use DPD for most of our UK parcels. Oversize or heavier items will be shipped by TNT/Fedex instead.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 2-3 working days from your order date, however the majority of orders will dispatch much faster than this. You will receive an email notification with your tracking details as soon as you item is dispatched.
