Our London store offers the space and amenities to be able to see and handle our products and try on our apparel. We always have a few tents up for you to see, these change regularly, and if you'd like to see something specific, just let our store team know ahead of your visit. Am I able to reserve items?
We can hold Snow Peak products til the end of the day after your request.
Can I return an online purchase to store?
Not at the moment, but our returns process is very simple online.
How can I request a refund?
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt (14 days for sale items), providing they are in original resalable condition. Please see our returns page for more details.
Do we stock all online products?
We stock as much as we can. If you'relooking for something specific, ring us beforehand and we can check it for you.

Do you sell gas products?
At the moment no. However, the UK restrictions may be lifting soon and we hope to be able to stock them in the coming year.
