Beginnings
Snow Peak Way is a camp event that has been held in Japan since 1998. The first camp arose from an idea by two young employees, who believed it could be the perfect way to meet customers directly and listen to their honest thoughts and aspirations.
Today, Snow Peak Way events are held over 30 times a year, in more than 13 campsites across Japan, the US, Taiwan, and Korea.
C A M P
In 2022, we hosted our first Snow Peak Way UK at the Ember's Claydon Estate. Our campers joined us for a beautiful weekend of blue skies and warm weather as we camped together on site. We enjoyed a host of events with our partners and held the world-famous Snow Peak Way paper aeroplane competition, hosted by Tomohiro.Evenings were spent having Takibi Time around the fire pits, where we all gathered together amongst the burning embers, to reflect on the day. We cooked together, shared stories, drank sake from the barrel and made friends for life. A calming break in nature allowed us to reflect on our daily lives and find peace in the camp ground.

We believe the communication that happens at Snow Peak Way events, between campers and staff to be vitally important. The aim is for each staff member to connect with users as fellow campers. The great outdoors is a place where people can forge essential connections, and that is what we hope everyone can experience at a Snow Peak Way event. We also want camping in the outdoor world, to be something that can be enjoyed long into the future. So, we need to work with our users to consider the environment, take action, and find ways to live in harmony with nature.
