Snow Peak submits all its outdoor hard goods to the highest standards of engineering and testing to ensure long-lasting durability in even the most challenging outdoor conditions. Our company proudly takes full responsibility for the high quality of our products. We want to keep you camping.
If anything is unclear or a product requires service, we will be happy to answer any questions through Snow Peak customer services or any of our certified dealers.
If we find that the product didn't live up to our standards, we'll repair it or exchange it free of charge.
In other cases, we'll provide the necessary repairs for a reasonable fee. Please understand that we will not be able to repair damage caused by typical wear and tear or product misuse. Common examples of wear and tear include scuffs/scratches, abrasions, faded colours, logo wear or denting.
Additionally, the warranty does not cover products that have been altered in any way. Please be sure to review the user manual for each product before use.
Replacement parts for components that may experience high rates of typical wear and tear are available for self-service on our website. These are not covered under warranty as they are considered consumable and expected to be replaced within the lifetime of a product.
WARRANTY OR REPAIR CLAIMS
For all claims please submit detailed information through our website, or directly to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once our After Service Department receives this information, they will create a ticket number for you and share next steps.
If the domestic UK claim is subject to warranty within the first 12 months of ownership, Snow Peak will be responsible for transportation and repair cost. This only applies to the original owner and proof of purchase is required.
All other warranty claims are subject to an administration and handling fee of £30. This fee is nonrefundable and will be processed by the London Store.
For repair claims outside our warranty, we are happy to provide a quote.
In all cases international customers will be responsible for all shipping fees, customs, duties, and value added taxes for both warranty and repair claims.
APPAREL WARRANTY & Repairs
Snow Peak apparel receives a warranty covering manufacturer defect for up to one year from the date of purchase. Damages due to typical wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions are excluded from our apparel warranty.
