Enjoy the traditional Japanese way of grilling, "Seien", with our Takibi Hearth Starter Set. Traditional grilling and "Irori cooking" are cooking methods that mainly use charcoal as a heat source, as served in restaurants, but "Seien" was developed to allow you to enjoy the fun of of style of cooking in nature. 

The characteristic of this cooking method is that the ingredients are skewered and slowly grilled, which removes excess fat and moisture, concentrating the flavour and making vegetables, fish and meat taste more delicious. In addition, the inclination of the skewer allows you to perfect the degree of doneness of the ingredients. It can also be turned upside down, and is designed to eliminate uneven grilling of ingredients.
Enjoy cooking with care while enjoying the flames of the bonfire, this is the best part of camping.
