Takibi Hearth Skewers

The Takibi Hearth Skewer Stand is an optional item for the Pack & Carry Fireplace L, allowing the user to enjoy the traditional Japanese cooking method "Seien" (traditional grilling). With this optional skewer set, you can add up to eight skewers. "Seien" and "Irori cooking" are cooking methods that mainly use charcoal as a heat source, as served in restaurants, but "Seien" was developed to allow you to enjoy the fun of cooking in nature.

The characteristic of this cooking method is that the ingredients are skewered and slowly grilled, which removes excess fat and moisture, concentrating the flavour and making vegetables, fish and meat taste more delicious.
